This is a very nice hotel with a relatively large swimming pool, considering its size. Swimming in the pool was quite refreshing after the whole day's walk throughout Assisi's old town. The hotel is located in a very quiet and pleasant suburb of Assisi (about 10-15 minutes' walk from the Assisi main gate).

Everything. The staff was extremely nice. The place is so pretty with an amazing view on the wonderful basilica S. Francisco. The terrasse is perfect to watch landscape. The breakfast is well served. The room was cleaned everyday. I really loved the little church in this hotel. And all of this for a very good price I will come back for sure !

Lovely! Host is very nice and helpful and have given us good advises. Verica and her husband are proud of their rooms and so it should be. The room was great and very very clean. We slept well and the bathroom is comfortable en good looking. The hotel is in the centre of Assisi. We would recommend this hotel for sure!

The host was very nice and welcoming, the property was very clean and organised, and the room was spatious and clean and fully equipped. The pool was very clean and had everything you need, such as sun beds. The italian breakfast was great and we enjoyed it at maximum. There are plenty of parking options inside the property premises.

This place exceeded our expectations! The room and the breakfast were perfect! It is located in a peaceful area, just a 5-minute drive from the Cathedral of St. Francis of Assisi. The hotel is in a solid 1950s building, so no flimsy walls and noise from fellow guests. I had booked a room with separate private bathroom, but was actually given an en-suite room, which was a nice surprise. No air conditioning but a very effective fan, on a very hot night. Fridge in the room. The location, right opposite the railway station, the bus to Perugia airport and the bus to Assisi's historic centre, is ideal, and probably quieter and better value than hotels in the centre. Welcoming staff.

Great location close to the bus station and only a short walk from the main attraction, Basilica di San Francesco d'Assisi. Really a home made breakfast by the owner! Owner Anna is local, so she can tell you about Assisi and can give valuable tips where to go and what to do. Spotless and comfortable room and bathroom!
