We enjoyed the place very much. We arrived late but the host welcomed us with a smile! The place was just like the pictures, everything was clean and easy to use. I would say that the real heart of the place is the garden, the location and the owners. They pampered us, always asking how we felt, treating us to snacks, etc. But it wasn't intrusive, rather it made you feel welcome. I am sure we will return to Sicily and if to Sirucas' direction then we would love to stay there again! By the way very close around a 15-20min drive you can also reach a great nature reserve with trails. And beautiful beaches are like 10min drive from the villa. It's just a great location from which everything is reachable very quickly!

Nice apartment on the 1st floor, parking right in front of the house, 2 big bedrooms with comfordable beds. A lot of extra pillows if someone needs it. AC in both bedrooms and kitchen too. There was also umbrella for the beach what we found very usefull. Really nice accommodation. To the beach 15 minutes.

Our room was great, very large and bright with a comfortable bed and a good size bathroom. Our host was very friendly and provided a great breakfast and recommended lots of places for us to visit. I'd highly recommend staying at this place. It has convenient street parking and is in a location that is close to lots of main attractions.

The attention to detail in this apartment was amazing! Valentina and her husband were incredibly friendly and helpful. We met them in the restaurant they recommended and enjoyed our little chat. The apartment was beautiful and cleaned often with a lot of effort. We rarely experience such service! Compliments to the lovely woman who took care of the accommodation. The rooms are stylish and the whole house is also very functional. From breakfast to umbrella for the beach, everything was available! It is like a small hotel build with a lot of love. Thank you for the great time!

We loved everything about this property. Everything was super clean and very comfortable. Our balcony was really sweet over looking the quiet and peaceful street below. The whole place had lots of character, was very classy and the owner was so lovely. We arrived late and she made a phone call to the sweet little bar on the ground floor to ask if they could stay open for us to have a quick drink or two, which they kindly did. The staff and people in the bar were so inviting and made us feel very welcome. Although there was a language barrier, we still managed to communicate using google translate and the next morning they made us feel even more welcome. They gave my sister, who has a learning disability, a little dolphin soft toy which she loved, and also gave us easter egg like chocolate with our coffee and outstanding hot chocolate. This bar and all the people inside made our very short stay a memorable one. Thank you to all. Would highly recommend ... Just one more thing: We travelled from Syracuse and I had no internet on my phone for google maps to guide us to this place. We took a chance to find it looking on google maps as we went along, however when it got dark it became quite difficult. I pulled over from the main road in to a drop off point about ten / fifteen minutes away to ask for directions, as we saw two cars, one dropping off a young lad and one picking the lad up. As I stopped, the car dropping off pulled away, but I managed to grab the car picking up just before it drove off. The young lad spoke good English and when I told him I did not have any internet for google maps to guide me, he said this will be a problem for us. However, when I told him (and his mum and dad) the name of the place where we staying, they all got excited as it turned out the owner of Zanzibar was their cousin!!! So, without any hesitation, they said for us to follow them and they took us all the way, right outside the front door. Thank you so much to you all <3

    Everything was well presented, the staff were fantastic (very helpful and polite). Breakfast was a great mixture of fresh fruit, cakes and croissants with fresh pancakes and scrambled eggs available to order - and great coffee. The rooms were very clean and comfortable with excellent aircon and the pool area was spotless and had enough chairs etc at all times.

    Nice, clean, we particularly like the garden and outdoor furniture. Everything you need is there. Nice pool area (but still closed early April). Ideal location for Syracuse, Noto etc and only about an hour from the Catania Airport. Several large supermarkets very nearby.
