Property was easy to access, very clean, comfortable, very nice surprise was things in mini fridge that were free. Even parking was not a problem. Overall great experience, definitely will visit again when I come to Modena.

The apartment is spacious and beautifully decorated with everything you need for a stay. It is even better than shown in the photographs. It’s is comfortable and warm with good WiFi. The location is excellent, on the edge of the historic Centre with lovely restaurants on the doorstep and easy walking to everything. There is a bus stop outside as well as parking. Francesco was a very friendly and helpful host. We highly recommend this property and would love to come back to stay.

This apartment must surely rank as one of the best we've stayed at in all our European travels. The place is spacious and bright and the fixtures and fittings are high-end. Great location - right next to a wonderful food market perfect for breakfast and dinner. The loft is really quiet with barely any noise from outside. Check in was straightforward, the loft was spacious and warm on a chilly day. Would happily stay again.

Fabulous place to stay, the perfect location in a beautiful rural setting, just 20 mins from Modena. The apartment is beautiful and well equipped and the host provided a generous variety of breakfast options direst to the apartment (meat, cheese, bread, fruit, jams, yoghurt, fresh milk, pastries etc..) Very comfortable beds. A really delightful place to stay. Thoroughly recommended.

    Location was great for Modena area (15minutes by car). Visited Ferrari Museum in Maranello and the centre of Modena. Got a free tour of the Balsamic Vinegar production on the farm, great host Paride. Room and bathroom spotless.

    The breakfast was rich and tasty. It was wonderful trying some Italian delicacies, especially the local balsamic vinegar, and seeing how it is made. The location is great – right in the middle of countryside but still close to Modena. The stay was peaceful and pleasant and the owner was so friendly and kind!
