We had a lovely apartment in a neighborhood that was quiet at night. Because it was Easter weekend and restaurants were closed that evening and the next, we were able to but food at the nearby supermarket and cook at "home". The staff was wonderful. This is part of an assisted living compound, so staff was friendly and capable.

Amazing little refurbished hotel in the Città Alta of Bergamo. The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. They take your bags up to your room for you (due to it being an old building with no elevator, though it’s only a couple floors). The hotel is part of a family of restaurants/shops in the vicinity, as we stayed in the hotel we got a discount in the attached restaurant downstairs which has really good food.

Very clean and beautiful room is located in a historic house in the very centre. The apartment has everything for a comfortable stay. For us the hostess carefully put snacks, juices and water. Also provided an extra bed for the baby, my daughter didn't want to leave the hotel as it was beautiful and cosy for her. I would like to mention the spotless cleanliness of the room and new quality bed linen and comfortable mattress. There were also children's books on the shelf and books about the history of the city in the common area. We had a great time on the veranda after a long walk around the city. Auto check-in was super easy and perfect because we arrived at late hours. I think the property has been renovated recently because everything looked new and clean. The beds were very comfortable and the shower is spacious. For a family of 4, it was perfect!
