An amazing hotel in the heart of a wonderful location. The photos don't fully capture how beautiful it is there, especially in the evening. The rooms are very spacious and beautifully furnished—everything was cohesive and matched perfectly. A huge plus is the pool and jacuzzi available for guests. Surrounding the hotel are lemon orchards where you can take a lovely walk. Unfortunately, we didn’t have time to visit the charming restaurant with the stunning view, and we regret it because other guests highly praised its specialties :) Another big plus is the parking behind the gate. The hotel staff was extremely friendly. I felt blissful there :) We will never forget this place and will definitely return for a longer stay :) P.S. We had the chance to see thousands of fireflies flying around the orchards at night :D :D :D

A well-deserved 10/10! Massimo and Roberta were absolutely perfect – we spent 7 wonderful days and nights in Borgo a Buggiano and truly felt at home. The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and just 250 meters from the train station – a perfect base for exploring Tuscany. The hosts were incredibly helpful – when we had a power issue, Massimo arrived within 5 minutes and explained everything clearly. We were also welcomed with delicious local snacks – such a thoughtful touch! Only after we left and spent one night in Pisa did we truly realize how beautiful and perfect their place was. The difference was noticeable, and it made us appreciate their apartment even more. Thank you for your hospitality and kindness – we’ll be recommending this stay to everyone!

A place to really discover, for both travelers and owners. You'll be welcomed in a warm old farm totally renovated in the middle of olives fields and the Toscana landscaping. The hosts are very welcoming and caring, especially for the breakfast which was delicious, plenty full and partially composed of local homemade food like yogurt, bread, jam,... Bathroom and bedroom are new, spacious, cosy and very clean. Landscape view. I spent there among my best nights in Italy such comfortable is the mattress and the environment quiet. I like the energy of that B&B and the price for value is very fair. Also, I enjoyed to be able to leave the house on foot and walk around and to the old village of Colle di Buggiano up the hill. I wish I had time to do more and stay longer. For all of that, thank you very much for my lovely stay and I hope to see you again.

What an amazing place! Owner and his family are very nice and helpful people. Place is a outskirts of city, Samuel (the owner) offered us the ride to town for a dinner, next day family member dropped us off to Via Francigena. Room is spacious, you can feel it is new and fresh, very clean, with big and comfortable bed (huge plus for extra pillows), a desk and a big wardrobe. Very nice bathroom. In the room there is a kitchennette with a fridge, a microwave, a coffee machine (coffee and tea was available). In room we found all products for breakfast. The atmosphere of this place is so cosy and pleasant, you don't want to leave it!

    The hotel was in such a beautiful hillside town, the whole palazzo is so well set up to enjoy the wonderful views. We had a room on the smaller side but the views were incredible. The hotel was very clean and the staff were exceptionally friendly. It was so convenient that they run a little golf cart to help you get your suitcases to and from the car park which is down the hill.
