Chiara was a fantastic and caring host, attentive to every detail to make our stay unforgettable. Villa Anna is truly a special place where you immediately feel at home, surrounded by a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The breakfasts Chiara prepares are simply exceptional, with a variety of fresh, homemade products. Her strawberry tart, in particular, is beyond words—an absolute treat we won’t forget easily. If we ever find ourselves in the area again, we would definitely stay with her!

Breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of fresh fruit, meats, homemade preserves. Robert is an engaging and obliging host who responded to any queries with alacrity. It is a very tranquil location, ideal for unwinding after a tiring year. We would definitely return.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful property! The place was absolutely stunning and provided everything we needed for a perfect getaway. The view is amazing. You have sun in/around the pool until the sun goes down behind a mountain, which was even in september at like 19:30. It's very private and a big area outside where you can enjoy the view and weather. They make their own stuff, so you can get homemade ham, sausages, peppers, eggs, oils, wines and stuff, its basicly a shop on the other side of your house. And because its that private you have to be prepared to go up the mountains for like 15 minutes off the centre of Orvieto. BUTTT it gives you the best view you've ever had. We're planning on coming back in a few years. Also the people were so nice!

There was an excellent breakfast every morning with freshly baked bread, homemade jam and freshly squeezed juice in a breakfast basket. Every morning we also got great tips for excursions from Matijs and Gigi. The accommodation is located in beautiful countryside, everything is very clean and the apartment is comfortably furnished. The wifi was very good, even at the pool.
