Nice staff at the reception and on the territory. Everything is comfortable in the rooms - pillows/mattress/shower/balcony/view. There is an elevator. Free transfer to the center of Como and paid transfer to/from the airport. Excellent area with sun loungers by the pool. There are additional beach towels in the room. The staff carried the luggage to the room - now very few hotels offer such a service.

Every time we travel to Italy, we spend a night at this place. It is a perfect place for people travelling with pets as there is plenty of space to walk/play and steam off after a long car trip. Strategically located, offering a warm welcome and easy access to local attractions. The house is conveniently located near the main highway to Como, Lake Como, and Switzerland, and the train station for easy access to Como, Lugano (Switzerland), and Milan (driving to Milan is not recommended because of many traffic restrictions). As a solo traveller, I had a delicious breakfast, including brews, toasts, salami, ham, cheeses, cakes, and yoghurts. The welcoming atmosphere, adaptable arrival time, cosy bed, and large room features were great.

Location is very good if you want to explore Milano, lake Como or go to some events in Monza by car or train. Train station is 15 min walking distance from house. Owner are so kind and helpfull. Breakfast is very good and parking is free. Higly recommend it!

    The location is excellent for quite relaxed stay, far away from big city noise and lights. My room was spacious and very comfortable, I was not expecting such a great level of room service - during my days stay there, the host carried about my comfort by cleaning room and replenishing collection of tea assortment at my bar.
