We had an unforgettable experience at Napoli Centro Suite and Spa. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and kindness by Mattia, Isabel, her lovely mother. They were not only incredibly gentle and friendly, but also very informative and helpful throughout our stay. They gave us excellent recommendations on places to visit—some of which we would have never discovered on our own—and guided us to fantastic local restaurants where we enjoyed authentic Neapolitan cuisine. Thanks to their suggestions and hospitality, our trip felt truly special and personal. The location of the accommodation is another big plus. It’s very convenient, just a short walk from the metro, which makes it easy to explore Naples whether you’re staying for a few days or a longer period. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, creating a relaxing atmosphere after a day of sightseeing. We truly recommend this lodging to everyone. - great location. Short walk to the train station which was so convenient! - comfy bed and pillows! Best sleep ever!!!! - tidy room and bathroom - we could use the shared kitchen; big fridge etc! - beautiful little terrace, perfect to relax with a glass of wine - air conditioning was wonderful! And kept us nice and cool - coffee, milk, juice, water and an assortment of pastries provided and kept topped up every other day.

The location is good. Located in the city center, but not on the busiest street, so it's not noisy and very convenient. Walking to the port only 10 mins that very convenient to take ferry to other islands for day trip. The host is very helpful. Reply messages quickly. We got many help from them. I definitely recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to come to Napoli.

Lovely character-filled accommodation overlooking beautiful cathedral. Vito, the Owner, was absolutely excellent. Always ultra-helpful & welcoming even when train ran late & had to wait back for us for late check-in.

    The concierge was incredibly courteous and helpful, offering us pastries while we waited for our room to be ready and getting it ready very quickly. Rooms have AC and the airport shuttle is cheaper and faster than taking a cab. Our concierge was happy to arrange this.

    The costumer service is just the best, all the people were very friendly helpful and kind I reached the hotel evening time and was looking for a restaurant to take my daughter for a dinner the man in the reception offered to drop us to the restaurant and send someone to pick us up with no extra charge. There is amazing, clean tidy. The breakfast is really good with variety of choices and fresh. The great thing about the hotel location is near the airport 15 minutes to reach to the airport, I will definitely go back there when I’m in Napoli
