The staff was very friendly and always ready to help. Julia and Rosanna at the desk went out of their way to help us ! specially restaurant recommendations, Rosanna advising me on how to pay toll in nearby tobacco shop and speaking in italian to our connects whenever we needed help and booking a cab for us to airport in the middle of the night! julia even offered to carry our luggage when we reached there ( which we politely declined) to help us out as a family we had extra luggage! she helped with parking near the hotel as we were with our rental car! italians are big in family values similar to us indians … Rocco introduced to his lovely family his grandpa ,dad his lovely wife and adorable twins all family working together staying together and making a great experience for the guests! The view from sea side room is amazing ! breakfast was good Flori helped us understand what was what in the menu ! The location is perfect in giardini naxos lots of restaurants in walking distance a good marketplace nearby, all our viator and get your guide operators picked us from hotel ! all in all we are grateful to Nautilus staff.

The food was amazing, best we had our whole trip, Angelo and Giannoluca made our stay, they were extremely kind and helpful. We can’t wait to go back. It’s in such a great location and the property is lovely!

We had a fantastic suite with sea view and a large terrace. Everybody was very welcoming and helpful (especially with the free parking). Breakfast is exceptional, served on a nice terrace overlooking the sea. Thank you, we would definitely come back.

Perfect place to stay in the heart of Taormina! The room was clean, quiet, and modern—everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Nando is an amazing host that goes above and beyond: friendly, helpful, and full of great local recommendations. The room also included breakfast items, snacks, and a coffee machine—a lovely touch. The place is really nice, confortable and tidy! The breakfast is super complete and every morning they surprise you with a variety of salty and sweet local meals (and you cay enjoy it in a cozy patio sourrounded by lemon trees) Catia, the owner, was extra kind with us and she helped us with everything! She is sweet, patient and comprehensive!
