The hotel has super interesting interior with cool furnishing. The room was big with all necessities in. The bed is big and comfy, pillows very soft, but that would not be a problem if people like soft ones. Breakfast was super nice, with sufficient varieties offered.

The hotel was in a good spot near the Basilica Santo Spirito and near Ponte Vecchio. The host was very nice. The water in the minibar is free thats nice. And they have got a tea and coffe machine. The bed was very comfy.

It is very close to a bus station so getting around the city is really easy. The room was clean, staff were kind and attentive. The room is really wonderful with all the necessary amenities. Check in and check out were super speedy. A lovely stay overall - would recommend!!

Very comfortable, well-decorated boutique hotel. The staff were super! All were really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent - good choice of everything. Room was clean with modern furnishing all in accord with the overall tasteful hotel decor. Spa was a welcome treat after a long day walking around beautiful Florence.
