It’s very good apartament, spacious good for family with kids - max for 5 person family or two couples. Close to lake Como and other destinations. Very clean, washing machine is as well and kitchen!

It was one of the best places we've been lastly! First of all, the owner, Claudia, is so friendly and helpful. The place is located inside an amazing ancient building, close to the beach promenade. The rooms are equipmened with everything possible for a perfect vacation. The public kitchen has a pampering selection of many sorts of coffee and tea, including home made cakes. Very nice and cosy hotel located by the lake shore! The view is just breathtaking and all the rooms have a lake view! Fantastic and very big balcony, very nice people at reception desk. Trully a place where we wish to come back ASAP!

    The host is an absolute angel. She was incredibly friendly and made sure that we had everything we needed. On one of the days, we got caught in some heavy rain, which resulted in our clothes getting soaked. She kindly washed and dried our clothes for us, which was incredibly helpful since we were leaving the next day. The property was also VERY clean, and the location was fantastic. Supermarket is nearby and kitchen very well equipped. It was a pleasure staying there. Will definitely come back in the future.

    I am so happy I chose this hotel, it is in a wonderful location, just a 5 minute stroll to the lake. Gravedona is beautiful and quiet, ideal for a relaxing time, but still only a ferry ride from all the main tourist sites. The rooms were excellent, the staff were excellent and the hotel was spotlessly clean. The price was very good, plus they have free parking. I will definitely stay again!!!

    Riccardo is a great host, he was very responsive, provided helpful tips on where to eat good food notably. The appartment was very clean and tidy and well furnished. The place has a stunning view, with a wonderful panoramic area for sunbathing at the pool, the jaccuzzi experience was nice. The location is great, in a calm area but near all interesting places by car, that you can leave in the parking inside the residence. We really enjoyed our stay and warmly recommend the place and the host!:)

    Charming place to stay and feel the atmosphere of an old castle. The rooms are very clean, the food is great and hosts are super friendly. Location of the spot is perfect - right in the middle of beauriful town of Gravedona.
