So much so that the few issues I would normally have (small shower, room decor etc) melted away under their charm. To be fair, they said that they are starting out and renovating as they go along so have plans to make changes to the rooms, which, to be clear were perfectly clean and comfortable. Excellent hosts, food and location. It takes 45' by car from the fiere in Bologna to the location (30' autostrada A1 and 15' drive through the Appenino mountains,).
