The property is located in a stunning setting. The interior design of the property was amazing, very much a home from home. We also ate in the restaurant which was one of the best meals we had during our holiday. Matteo the owner was very attentive and couldn’t do enough. 10/10!!!

We stayed for 4 nights in the apartment on the last floor, everything was taken care of with a lot of love from welcoming us to this beautiful place to our departure. Everywhere is spotless clean you can’t find the speck of dust, the bathrooms, the bedrooms, the kitchen its super clean. Maria is a great host she took care of things without even told it was like reading our minds 😄 It was a real pleasure to stay here and if we come back to this part of Italy this is our place to stay for sure!

    Everything was fantastic! Matteo was exceptional with communication. The room itself was clean, spacious and comfortable. The shower and water pressure was great. We couldn't have asked for a better stay. Location was also amazing. This place is truly magical. I would also recommend you staying for dinner at the restaurant as the food is outstanding.

    Beautiful countryside location to relax, enjoy nature and good food! About an hour from Modena and Bologna by car. Great Restaurant and pasta-making course. Wonderful hospitality and very nice furnished apartment with very comfortable beds!

    This is an utterly beautiful and peaceful location. We were made very welcome and our little extra requests were met with a very helpful response. The buildings are old, beautifully kept and very interesting. The shower is wonderful if rather on the dark side.
