We enjoyed our stay here very much - the room was clean and cozy, the breakfasts were simply delicious, and the host was super nice and helpful. We also enjoyed the company of two friendly dogs and a few cats :)

Supernice, modern, spotless clean premises. Everything is decorated with so much love to detail - like a cozy beachhouse. Excellent breakfast and a large, ultramodern room with a big bathroom. Amazing friendly owner even though we had a language barrier, she made efforts to make everyone feel comfortable. Perfect, if you have a car and want to be away from the touristy places (10-15 drive to Follonica).

Lovely, old building in the historic part of the town. The room was enormous with high ceilings, a comfy bed and a great shower. It was very quiet. Breakfast at a neighbouring bar was good too! Recommended.

Mr. Cesare is an amazing host. I read the review before I booked. I knew it is a great place, with a great host but when I met Mr. Cesare, I understood the review was underrated. He is beyond great. The place is clean, organised, high functioning, and spacious. I asked before the trip if it is possible to have something gluten-free for the breakfast. He wrote back, ok. I was expecting a toast and a boiled egg. However, Mr. Cesare has overly prepared with options and a good amount, succeeding the expectation. (Not to mention that he was literally standing in the cold welcoming us in the middle of empty piazza in the middle of winter.) Thank you for being such a great and kind host.

Tasty breakfast with delicious homemade cakes. hostess Silvia was very kind to answer all our questions and needs. you will reach Piombino within 12 minutes by car where you can eat and drink perfectly. A beautiful area to ride mountainbike is between piombino and Baratti which you will reach within 20 minutes with the bike from the location.
