    The apartment has got everything you need. We found it comfortable and very clean. We enjoyed the little garden outside to sit and eat, and the location (very near the sea) was great. Also there is a coffee place directly across the street and we discovered a market (a bit further) where we could buy fresh seafood which was a highlight of our trip. The owner was very friendly, gave us recommendations and drove us to the train station upon our departure. We had a nice stay and would book again in the future.

    The apartment was very clean and ideally located 5 mins from the train station. Perfect base for visiting Rome each day which is only a 50 mins journey. Great A/C and very well equipped with all the essentials including a washing machine. Beds were large and comfortable. Nice balcony area. Good security. We would definitely come back next time we plan a Rome trip. Host (Carlo) was a great help too. Nice restaurants just a 10 min walk into the main piazza areas . Check in was easy.

    Very quiet location. Owner was accommodating in finding us a safe place for our bicycles and we were able to communicate quite well. Room was comfortable, very clean and spacious. Supermarket was 100 m away which was great.

    Absolutely a lovely place to stay. The hosts were so lovely, the room was great and very spacious. Spotlessly clean and a great location, near beach and town and bars/ restaurants. The hosts allowed us to leave luggage there on our last day which was great and also provided a space for us to come back to change clothes etc and let us use facilities like toilet and outside shower, and left out towels for us. Thank you so much Ali and Antonio for everything. We really loved staying with you. Mark & Mary

    The location in Ladispoli is ideal if you need to take the train to Rome. The train station is only 5min away on foot. Ladispoli itself is a very lively town with many shopping and dining options. The beach is about 15min away on foot.
