Very nice hotel. Looked new and clean. Location itself was not the nicest one, but it was close to the city center and with free parking. Very good price for an excellent accommodation with great breakfast.

Everything the postion is fantastic we were there for 3 days for Lucca Festival it's about 4 minute walk to Piazza Napoleone perfect would definitely book again. Room was everything we needed breakfast was more than enough would stay here again. Paid extra to keep our car in the garage.

Great short stay, lovely property with romantic vibe, superb location near the city walls. We stayed in the apartment at the ground floor with kitchenette - it was all we could ask for, kids liked playing in the garden, breakfast was good. The hotel and staff far exceeded our expectations. First class! Our experience began upon an early arrival where we were offered complimentary snacks, coffee, soft drinks (beer) while we waited for our room. The room was beautifully decorated. Again, all day snacks are available plus 5:30-7pm happy hour wine. Breakfast was great and the staff was exceedingly helpful with dinner recommendations and reservations. We will stay again if in the area and recommend to friends!
