The location is perfect if one wants to visit the Villa d'Este or/and Villa Adriana. There are delicious and friendly staffed coffeeshops as well as restaurants closeby. It's possible to park on the grounds and the highway is super close which makes it perfect if you are traveling and only stopping shortly to recharge. Our host has been perfect!

A true paradise in Rome! 🌿✨ The villa is surrounded by lush greenery and the sound of birdsong, creating an atmosphere of peace and relaxation. The location is perfect – just a short walk to the metro, and in no time you are in the very heart of Rome. Everything was absolutely spotless, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom is modern and sparkling clean. There is also a fully equipped kitchen, plus a fridge and air conditioning in the room – everything you need for a perfect stay. The host is exceptionally kind, welcoming, and attentive. We planned to stay only 2 nights, but it was so wonderful that we extended our stay, and the host even upgraded us to a room with a beautiful terrace at no extra cost. It was simply unforgettable! 💖 I would recommend this villa as the most comfortable and magical place to stay in Rome.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅

Amazing owner, very helpful and human - thank you, Elisabeth! Customer service on highest level what makes a big difference. The apartment was very clean, spacious, and decorated with taste. The most important for us was safe parking situated just by the apartment. Very good localisation - 6 minut walk far from Graniti metro station. We could concentrate on visiting Rome only.     We really liked how quiet it was on the top floor. Very clean. Nice private parking behind gate. Very convenient for driving east from Rome. Easy to get food all day long, especially pizza. Large kitchen.

    The location of the house was optimal for a trip to Rome, it was on a quiet street, plenty of parking, and easy roads towards the centre of Rome. The house was very clean and organised, me and my family were very happy and comfortable here and will definitely come again on another trip to the city. Great views from the balcony too!
