The host and hostess were extremely friendly and helpful. They were very accommodating to my friend's allergy at breakfast and made every effort to offer him a delicious alternative. Overall, the breakfast was phenomenal and delicious. The room was very lovingly furnished and clean. You could drive right up to the house through the gate and down a beautiful avenue and park under the carport. The communication was also very good and we received all helpful information we needed. I highly recommend this accommodation and its very friendly hosts.

Nice staff at the reception and on the territory. Everything is comfortable in the rooms - pillows/mattress/shower/balcony/view. There is an elevator. Free transfer to the center of Como and paid transfer to/from the airport. Excellent area with sun loungers by the pool. There are additional beach towels in the room. The staff carried the luggage to the room - now very few hotels offer such a service.

We stayed just for one night, but everything was great! The apartment was clean, cozy, and located in a quiet area about 10 minutes by car from the lake.     Very beautiful property with a wonderful garden. The location is great with a car, and a supermarket is very close.Masimo, the host was very kind. He treated us like his family. On the first night we came late - he ordered us food and didn't want to charge for it. We stayed for 4 nights, he really helped us with everything we needed. The breakfast was fresh and tasty also. 10 is well deserved for this place.
