Fantastic hosts, Massimiliano and his cousin, I can't thank them more for their hospitality and kindness. The location is perfect, not so much recommend to walk from the Tivoli station if you have any heavy luggage(s) with you because of the stairs and a little hills (especially when the weather is too hot during the summer), but it's for sure very doable if you have a light luggage. Besides that it was very central location, having a really nice view over some parts of Villa d'Este, close to many restaurants, bars and the centre of the Tivoli. Very welcoming and helpful hosts, exceptionally clean and nicely decorated home. I wish I can give them more than a 10/10! 100000/10! I was so sad to leave here, will definitely come back some time soon for a longer stay. Thanks for everything Massimiliano and your cousin, you are the best hosts ever!!! 💗

The location is perfect if one wants to visit the Villa d'Este or/and Villa Adriana. There are delicious and friendly staffed coffeeshops as well as restaurants closeby. It's possible to park on the grounds and the highway is super close which makes it perfect if you are traveling and only stopping shortly to recharge. Our host has been perfect!

Mauro was an absolute star - so friendly, helpful, a real gentleman and with a gift of hospitality. Travelling alone, it was so wonderful to find Mauro was happy to show me around the town and make recommendations. The house itself was perfect - well located, ultra clean, comfy bed, kitchen equipped enough. Some essentials available in the cupboards. So close to the supermarket, very handy. Right by the parking garage, it cost about 10€ a day (no private parking on site). The pic is the view from the courtyard looking across.
