This was just the perfect place to get away from it all! Set in the middle of a working farm, a short drive from Marsciano, where you can find a market (Mondays), banks, Pharmacy and supermarkets. The hosts were so friendly and helpful and couldn't do enough for us. Their restaurant was open all hours, breakfast, lunch and dinner could be booked in advance and what a joy! Carla provided the most delicious, locally produced Umbrian specialities, the menu changing daily - fantastic! We stayed in the upstairs apartment which was a very high standard, with air con in the bedroom, beautiful ensuite bathroom and full kitchen. The private covered terrace was a fantastic place to relax and eat. (As far as we could see the downstairs apartment was a similar layout but without a private outside space, although there are lots of places to sit in the outside area.) Huge, beautiful pool, with lots of beds and shades. Pretty much all you could want for a peaceful, authentic Italian getaway. Will definitely be back!

Beautiful property owned and managed by beautiful people (kindly communicating via phone translator for us). Our room was very clean and had a terrace - we watched the sunset over the countryside with a glass of wine in the evening. Sweet little Italian breakfast provided the following morning :)

These people are kindness embodied, the place is heaven on earth. Bonus points for the our new favorite cat! Our hosts accommodated us despite our last minute booking and our inability to speak Italian, translating everything patiently and giving us a very understandable introductions well as recommendations in the area. I liked everything, beautiful location in the middle of the Umbria countryside. Well maintained holiday farm, comfortable and clean room, beautiful pool with view of the valley. Excellent breakfast and service, Nicola super nice and friendly manager who gave us helpful advices. Well located, only half hour to Perugia, 40 minutes to Assisi which is very worth visiting. Marsciano, only 10 minutes driving also offers excellent restaurants. I highly recommend this place and I would love to go back there again.

    Very nice apartment ideally located in Umbria within an hour of driving to the main touristic places (Perugia, Orvieto, Assisi, etc.) The wether was quite cold during our stay but the apartment was nice and warm. Friendly owners.
