Location is perfect to visit the Cinque Terre if coming by car: the hotel is easily accessible from main roads and not inside Monterosso, and offers shuttle service to reach the town. You can then enjoy the Cinque Terre with the frequent train service. The room has been renovated recently and offer good bedding and bathroom in a quiet environment. The staff is exceptionally kind and helpful, and we felt like staying with family. Breakfast is generous and perfect to start a hiking day.

we liked everything! the place was very very nice (actually they need to post more pictures, because it is mich better looking than they have photographed) the owners were very nice homemade breakfast and coffee the lady also waited that we get up, she didnt pick up the food til we haven't eaten

We extended our stay for an additional day in Levanto, and found Amar. I'm really happy we came across it! The room was spotless, very spacious, well equipped (air conditioning, newly refurbished bathroom, very comfortable bed, among various other things). The staff very efficient and friendly. The location is really good: very near to the beach and the town's center, as well as conveniently located with respect to the train station (7-10 minute walk, mostly flat). I really recommend this place!

    Lovely location in the hills and not far from the motorway so easy to access other regions. Very clean room and comfy bed. Staff were friendly and the food in the restaurant was excellent and reasonably priced. Would stay again.
