The apartment was wonderful. We really liked the location. The building is situated next to a park with an incredibly beautiful beach. There is also a swimming pool in the building. The room was clean and very cozy. The staff were very polite. They were kind enough to let us check in at 11 AM instead of 3 PM. Breakfast was very tasty and filling. We 100% recommend these apartments.

    The location was great. 15minute walk to the main train line, an array of bars,cafes to choose from at your door step. The beach is a 12 min walk from the main high street. It's fresh and new ! Great AC keeping the apartment cool and airy through the hot days.

    A recently & thoughtfully updated, equipped, and decorated apartment of a high standard. Ideal for our needs. And a great, wide view from the balcony towards the sea, and along the coast from.Gaeta to the Garigliano, and beyond. Location is 5 mins walk uphill to centre of Minturno. We were investigating military history in the area and the hosts made some very helpful introductions that made our mission much more successful - thank you Giusy & Asunta.

    This seafront apartment is the perfect location for a family visit to Scauri. It is spotlessly clean, very well-equipped and has plenty of storage. Ugo is a fantastic host who is very helpful with suggestions about what to do and where to go. We thought it might be an issue not having a sitting room, but the kitchen table was plenty big enough for all of us and there is also a balcony with a great view and table to sit at if it isn’t too windy. Highly recommend and would love to stay here again!
