Super easy to head to the apartment. You can check in whenever you like, thanks to the self check in option. The apartment is super cozy (with AC - that helps to manage this torrid summer) and Fabrizio is amazing. We did not meet each other (unfortunately) for a matter of timings, but he has been super kind in giving tips, explanations and super responsive. We loved everything!

The accommodation is a bit away from the road and not easy to see. But once you see the house, you immediately feel at home. You are surrounded by olive trees and have a wonderful view of the sunset from the terrace. We were also very positively surprised by the size of the appartment. Everything was very clean and cosy.

Everything as expected. The property looks even more beautiful then as shown in the photos. Just love it. Neat and clean. The host was just great. He even came to welcome us and explained everything. Also gave us his personal number for any emergency. The price is quite good compared to any other options in the Rome. Just 7 mins walking from the train station and the train takes just 19 mins to reach Rome. Multiple grocery stores and eating options near by. Just loved the stay. The bad was very comfortable, the toilet was very clean. The wifi speed was also super fast.

The location was stunning, a great escape from the big cities. Views of the mountains, olive groves and amazing sunsets in the evening. The pool to escape the summer heat was a real treat. Friendly staff who help create a very relaxed atmosphere. It was a short walk into the town with a great Piazza and plenty of choices to eat and drink. We just loved it.

    It’s very clean and spacious even for 3 people staying there. We didn’t cook but it had everything you would need and the coffee machine was lovely with pods left out for us. Simone also gave us extra toilet paper as we’d run out. He was always on hand for anything.

    The apartment is very nice designed and the location is perfect. You have many restaurants near by. We loved the fact that even if it’s next to a bar (wich my husband enjoyed), it is really quiet. The host is also very kind and helpful. We recommend La Passeggiata!

    The property is newly constructed, beautiful and has all the amenities needed for a vacation. The hosts are very sweet, cooperative and responsive. They even came to pick us as we missed our last connectivity. Carla ensured that we have a smooth and pleasant stay. Also, connectivity wise its at one of the best and vibrant location. Will definitely stay at the same property during our next visit.
