I recently had the pleasure of visiting Masseria del Carboj, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a friendly atmosphere. Food was simply amazing, buonissimo:) Every meal we had was a culinary delight, bursting with flavor and prepared with the utmost care. The ingredients were of excellent quality, and the dishes showcased the authentic flavors of the region. In addition to the remarkable food, Masseria del Carboj hast an amazing swimming pool. It was impeccably maintained, providing a refreshing escape from the summer heat. The view directly to the sea was absolutely breathtaking, adding to the overall charm and allure of the place. What truly set Masseria del Carbone apart, however, was the exceptional customer service. Marco, the manager, went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. He made sure my little Leonardo, my wife and I, had everything we needed and made us feel welcome. Staff was amazing, especially Francesco, incredibly friendly yet maintained a high level of professionalism. Leaving Masseria del Carbone, we felt refreshed and already wanted to go back. It's a hidden treasure that offers peace, delicious food, beautiful views, and excellent service. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an unforgettable experience in a serene setting.

I want to say , that it was spectacular experience to stay in casa corime villa, the host was to nice , he was very generous with the breakfast and even made us dinner as welcome, he kept suggesting me places to visit and i felt like home seriously, i like the experience of staying in true sicilian house and it was just soemthinf else, i totally recommend the place…. 10 ⭐️ and if i can give more stars i would.
