The hosts of this property were amazing! I had difficulty with a ticket for a concert I was to attend and he went out of his way to help us. He offered to accompany us to see the city and every morning he served us our cappuccino and breakfast. The location is very close to the theatre for events. It was very clean, the pool was refreshing on a hot day. We cannot say enough about this place and our amazing host. We will gladly return. I would rate it 12 out of a possible 10.

The location in the heart of Montelupone is very convenient. There is an excellent restaurant in the building with a great selection of food and there are a lot of special events. We were at an artichoke vs. wine event, which was great and we could taste several dishes with local artichokes and local wine. Leonardo translated everything for us. Everybody was friendly and accommodating, we felt welcomed. Breakfast was amazing! A few parking spaces are in front of the building or outside of town walls not far away. The room is good size with beautiful views to the countryside.
