It is a beautiful place just above Livorno, with huge garden where you can sit with a cup of coffee or tea and just relax. The owners are wonderful: kind and helpful. We also enjoyed the dinner with homemade food: I really recommend to try it! The room was very spacious, with a lot of light and small details like a welcoming set with water and snacks. You just feel like visiting your family or friends. Thank you, Claudia, Edoardo, Valerio, Patrick and wonderful dog Pablo.

Everything was perfectly cleaned and prepared for our stay. The equipment of the appartment was excellent - everything we needed for one night stay was on hand. Fabio is very friendly and explained all the needed information. And the breakfast at the cafeteria in the morning was great - we could even take it away as we rushed to the port at 7 am.

The accommodation was beautifully renovated and very clean. The little village was so sweet with a castle within walking distance with panoramic views. All the restaurants were fantastic, just some needing a booking in advance to get a spot. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful. We were having problems with our rental car in a nearby village and he came and picked us up and even helped us find another car. He was readily available for all questions and concerns. He went above and beyond and did so out of the kindness of his heart. Wish we had more time there.

    Great location close to the sea and other Tuscan villages. The house is nice and full of character with sufficient space for a family of four people. The kitchen is modern and includes everything one could need. The house is within easy walking distance to the village of Nibbiaia where you can find a grocery store and café.
