Everything was more than perfect. The family rooms are very nice. The location comes with a great view. The host was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast comes with frech orange juice and local bread and local cheese. Simply wonderful.

This place is out of this world. My parents and partner stayed here for a week and had the holiday of a lifetime. The location is 10/10 and the view from our apartment took our breath away every morning. The staff couldn’t do enough for you either - so friendly, attentive and helpful. The food is also incredible and there’s a lot of choice each evening. In the instance you’re looking for something more affordable the gorgeous town of Porlezza is a 20 minute walk away - which I highly recommend. During our stay my Mum turned 70 and my partner turned 30, they were both surprised with balloons, cake and bubbles which had been left for them to enjoy by the hotel. 10/10 worth a visit!

    We would definitely come back to the location which was an exceptional experience. Specifically, the architecture of the buildings, the view of the lake, the beautiful gardens, and the narrow streets. The host was very kind and warm. The communication was easy and everything was explained before we arrived and we were given precise directions which made everything easily accessible.
