We booked this apartment for a family of 5. We had 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a big kitchen, living room. Everything was clean, nice and modern. Bathrooms are spacious. Bedrooms have very comfortable beds and air cons, which is perfect for summer days. The area is very quiet and there is a bar across the street where you can have coffee in the morning to get the local vibe. It was easy to find the parking for our car. We really liked the stay. Everyone got a very good rest.

Great B&B! Big, modern rooms with all the essentials, friendly hosts and easy check-in. Best breakfast on my trip! Fresh bufala ricotta, mozzarella, and yoghurt. Great selection of homemade jams. Worth the stay just for the breakfast alone. Definitely take the time to visit the bufala.

Staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. Luciano and Annamaria were very friendly and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The rooms were modern, stylish, and clean with a large bathroom and an excellent shower. Breakfast was great with fresh off the farm cheeses. Dinner was delicious with a good variety of local produce. The ricotta cheese and mozzarella made onsite is amazing! We did a tour of the buffalo farm, which was very informative. Lovely shop where you can buy produce made on the farm. Good location on the hillside overlooking the coast and 15 minutes into Paestum.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Paestum. Host Francesco was a huge part of that, and the Casa Franco facility is excellent. First, how to get there! Several reviewers have had a stab at explaining. This is what you need to know. Once on Via Nettuno, spot the Restaurante Nettuno (easy, since it is the only large building on the north side of the road, and has a huge sign just under the eaves). Turn into the parking lot for the restaurant (there is a road-side sign at the entry). Go to the south-west corner of the parking lot. There you will see a lane leading through a gate, with three signs including a sign for a b&b. The Casa Franco is the first building on the north side of the lane, about 30m past the gate, and you want the first doorway in that building (at the eastern end). Easy. Note, the only sign at the entry to confirm you are at a b&b, at the time of our visit, was a booking.com rating sign saying "9.7". O.K., with that out of the way - everything was excellent. Francesco was very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was outstanding in presentation and choice. The building is to a very high standard in all respects, including the size and comfort of both room and bathroom and the common area. Very well appointed and decorated throughout, which makes it feel special. Francesco has assembled an outstanding selection of pamphlets, maps and guide books for all the things of interest in the area. We borrowed a book. But the 'special' has to be the location literally on the heritage site. You find yourself living amongst the history, and the access is easy. Believe it or not, there is an exit from the ruins about 100m from the b&b. We also walked to the beach, and on another day after taking the train to Agropoli chose to walk back to enjoy the region. Oh, yes, if you arrive by train, walk straight west from the station through the Roman wall arch and through the ancient city to get to Casa Franco.

    Very clean room, looks like a very old hotel that had a renovation in the last 10 years but is very well preserved. Right next to the beach , it also has a very big swimming pool. The hotel is spotless clean!! Stuff is very friendly and kind! There is free parking and free access to the beach by foot.

    Beautiful hotel in lovely gardens. Staff exceptionally pleasant and helpful. Room spotlessly clean and comfortable. It has a fantastic breakfast: home made yogurt, jam & bread, freshly squeezed juices and wide variety of other food. Very quiet location though only a few minutes walk from the entrance to Paestum. Small pool for a swim at the end of the day. A really relaxing place, would certainly go again.

    Spacious, spotlessly clean room, large bathroom, overlooking beautiful garden with barbecue. Large, comfortable bed. Coffee machine and coffee pods. The room also had a refrigerator in which the host had provided two pots of yogurt, water and a bottle of milk! Very friendly host, who made us feel very welcome. Very quiet location, yet just five minute drive to Paestum Archeological Site. Excellent Italian breakfast! There was a huge choice of cakes, biscuits, pastries etc. Thank you Gaetano!

    Gaetano was wonderful, we were delayed til 1:30am & Gaetano still welcomed us with mozzarella, bread & tomatoes 🥹 The property is gated & very big, we stayed in room Poisidon which had a kitchenette, bathroom, bedroom & sofa bed. The room is well equipped, has everything you will need and very very clean. The grounds are so pretty, theres a nice size pool, children playground, bikes and just very peaceful. Location is good, very quick drive to sites and restaurants.
