Our stay at Maison Tizi was very enjoyable and we are glad we chose this place. The hosts Tiziana and Bruno are both lovely people. They both made our stay perfect. The property itself deserves a high rating in terms of comfort, facilities and cleanliness. The location of the property is also very attractive - very close to the sea, in a quiet but well-connected area. There are restaurants and shops nearby. There was no problem with parking the car.

3rd attempt as it keeps going blank. When you get older, you wish to retire to a nice seaside spot. That is how I can describe this place. Friendly people and more coffee shops you can poke a stick at. You have a main road from the station that is the heart of the town right to the seafront, which is a very pleasant walk. There is a self-service laundrette that sits in the rear of the petrol station, and you will need soap and instructions are in English. There is a supermarket that the accommodation is on top of, very handy to buy soap. The apartment is so nice with shutters and double glazing, so you don't get woken too early by traffic of which there is minimum and the sun. 30 secs walk from the seafront. Across the road, some fruit and veg stalls operate and Saturdays a large market. The room was superb, spotlessly clean, and a good supply of cake and biscuits with a coffee machine. There are only 3 rooms, so there is nothing much in the way of disturbance. This has to be the nicest place I have stayed.

    A lovely place to stay, very clean with a homely atmosphere. Bruno and Tizi were great hosts, very responsive and helpful with anything that we needed, even providing a lift to the train station (for a fee). There was a nice breakfast each morning and comfortable bed with good air conditioning (needed with the heat). The house is in a great location with a short walk to the beach. Brioche the dog was very cute and well behaved.

    Excellent place to stay & very clean . Host Bruno &Tizi were the friendliest hosts. Always happy to with our questions. One of the best hosts we had in Italy. Thankyou to Briocche for the cuddles she was a lovely dog & well behaved. We felt at home.

    The stay at Villa Carlini was lovely and perfect for our short stay close to Rome. The location was perfect, couple min to grocery store and beach. Sufficiently equipped, comfy beds and nice terrace. Chiara was very lovely, showed us around and explained everything well. Definitely worth it and we will be back, thank you!
