the appartment is new with lot of small details. very comfortable and we'll equiped (both kitchen and bathroom). Samantha was just great, understanding (we come whole hour after initial plan, and checking-in time), and helpfull. location is great for exploring Castel Gandolfo and Lago Albano but to be close enough from center of the Rome. Much much much more for less, is the best description of this listing

The location was close to Caimpino airport. For a small charge I chose the pick up which was quick and convenient. Everything was smooth from start to finish. Alessandro was very helpful and kind. Showed me everything I needed. There is a restaurant conveniently located downstairs with a great menu and lovely staff. The room was very clean and bed was extremely comfortable. I unexpectedly required a document to be printed off, for which I required for my next day travel and again Alessandro saved the day and made it happen. I had the pleasure of meeting his lovely wife. All I can say is 2 great people that it just made the overall experience such a pleasure. Infact I decided to reserve the same place on my journey back home to Canada. I highly recommend this place. Along with the hospitality, convenience, its also very reasonably priced.

This apartment was worth every euro! It is so spacious and modern, cozy and very clean as well. It's clear that the owners care about the comfort of guests. There was everything one can need and even more! The owners left a small champagne bottle in the fridge and it was so pleasant! We could also sit in the garden with a cup of morning coffee. I must admit that everything is well-thought-out. The location is also nice, because you'll be just some minutes away from Ciampino Airport, and there are trains that can get you to Rome in ~50 minutes. We were amazed and enjoyed every minute of our stay there!

We had everything we needed for our short stay in this nice, cozy apartment. The staff was very responsive, friendly and helpful and answered all our questions. The apartment is located in a beautiful, quiet area close to Ciampino airport. It can be reached quickly by car (at night taxis usually charge the fixed tariff).

Everything!!! The apartment is so beautiful and well equipped! Very close to Ciampino airport and only a short drive from Rome! The hosts were amazing, they even accomodated for us a late check in! Nothing bad to say as it is well worth the money for how beautiful and modern it is! The perfect place to book when planning to visit Rome!

    The village was quite nice, and the location was also not bad as it is in a walking distance from the train station. The swimming pool was also ok however we needed to pay 5 eur per person whic is not a lot of money but I would include in the hotel charge if I were the management...

    This hotel and this city were the most comfortable place for us to stay. The hotel is clean, cozy. The location is great. A little further there is a beautiful lake where you can swim. If someone asks me what I liked in Rome, then I will answer Pavona. I thank the wonderful family (the owners) for the comfort and excellent service. Special thanks to Alex. You are the best.

    Location was great with it being so close to the train station. Lovely welcome from Franco&fellow workers. Room was just what we need after long day at ryder cup. Bed was very comfy!

    It's very nice location if you want to stay nearby nature and away from Roma city. well maintained hotel and very cooperative staff who speaks multiple languages. breakfast was good and they provided us hot milk even at midnight for the baby. Very good location if you have your own car. nearby town there are good restaurants and small stores.
