All of Peccioli's attractions are within walking distance of the apartment, which is ideal as there is so much to see! It was very comfortable and was usually a pleasant temperature without needing to switch on the air conditioning. Plenty of towels and a change of bed linen were provided which was appreciated. The owners were very helpful and responded quickly to any requests for information or help. The residents in the neighbouring apartments were friendly and after just a few days we started to feel quite at home!

Fabulous little apartment, in great quiet location of the very interesting, attractive town of Peccioli. The apartment has a lovely view looking north west towards Pisa, with a floor-to-ceiling open window / door where you can sit and watch the swifts diving about the church tower opposite (in the summer of course). Giorgio the owner met us and despite not speaking English or us not speaking Italian, he explained everything we needed to know easily, and in a super friendly welcoming way. The apartment has several nice touches - iPad for Spotify music, Alexa to control the lights, a selection of wines to purchase on a wine rack on the wall, a bar of chocolate, some Italian sweets, toiletries and a Lavazzo coffee pod machine with plenty of pods that lasted all week. Despite there being a sofa bed, the bed was extremely comfortable and my partner and I slept well. There was no noise outside, the air conditioning worked well and was so quiet you couldn't hear it at all. All in all, a fabulous little place in the heart of Peccioli, a Tuscan village that is trying to make its mark through its outdoor contemporary art, progressive mayor, innovative electric car transport scheme and most of all, very friendly local people who made us feel very welcome - especially Giorgio. The stay in Alessandra's accommodation was simply exceptional. We fell in love with this house at first sight. It is a completely new and tastefully decorated house. Its decoration is beautiful in every small detail, as if it was decorated by a professional interior decorator. The quality of all items and accessories is at the highest level. The house is very comfortable and equipped with everything you need and even more. An additional advantage is the spa, with a sauna and jacuzzi. Alessandra is an excellent hostess and the contact with her was also very good. We loved the whole stay, which became even more wonderful thanks to staying in this beautiful house. Thank you very much!

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment in Peccioli. The place is truly amazing. Very modern, spotlessly clean, and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need: air conditioning, a dishwasher, all the necessary kitchenware and more. The large terrace was a real highlight, perfect to relax and enjoy the view. The location in the historic center of Peccioli was excellent. Lovely bars and cafés just around the corner, and very convenient parking nearby. Luigi and his wife were incredibly kind and welcoming. Communication and check-in went smoothly, and everything was perfectly organized. We felt very comfortable and would definitely come back. Highly recommended! Just to note: the apartment is located on the upper floor, so you should be comfortable with climbing some few stairs. But it’s absolutely worth it for the beautiful rooftop terrace.

The apartment is beautifully renovated and equipped with everything you could need for a stay in Peccioli. It was spotless. The main essentials, including coffee and tea were provided, along with a few pastries for breakfast, but I recommend heading to one of the nearby bars to admire the beautiful views. Everything is within walking distance of the apartment and the host, Michele, was very helpful, recommending a number of nearby restaurants and offering any advice if we needed it.

    Green & Love was superb. We stayed for 2 nights in mid-July 2024. Laura is a very welcoming and considerate host. The apartment is vibrantly decorated and a very beautiful and comfortable space. It is the most generously equipped apartment that we have ever stayed in - providing anything you could possibly need and might have forgotten! We appreciated how environmentally aware the facilities were too. The location is ideal for accessing the town of Peccioli and further afield. A very impressive place to stay. We would highly recommend it.

    Beautiful location, clean and well maintained accomodation. Maria is a fantastic warm and welcoming host, this is the perfect place to stay if you want to explore Tuscany and sample some outstanding wine and Extra Virgin Olive Oil produced by Maria herself. Pool is great and is cleaned daily, parking is ample, its a great place to relax and enjoy stunning views. We cant recommend highly enough.

    Emo and his lovely wife were the perfect hosts. The apartment was lovely, spacious and clean. The pool was lovely. We would recommend to all and really hope to return and stay again. We were even gifted homemade tomatoes and pasta sauce which we all enjoyed very much. The apartment and pool are in a beautiful farm location perfect for day trips out to Pisa, Florence, Lucca, Volterra, Siena and San Gimignano - all such beautiful places as well as the lovely Tuscany landscapes. If there’s availability just book it - you won’t regret it.

    Very friendly and welcoming hosts. Spotlessly clean and beautiful surroundings. If you are going to Andrea Boccelli concert and willing to drive, location is very convenient. I will be back for sure.

    The location is good, Peccioli is a beautiful little town. We went by car and each day we visit different great locations in Tuscany. Good breakfast. The rooms are very clean. The owners are great, very helpfull and nice. Grazie Irene
