The place is located on a hill with a great view on Verona! You have a chance to live a vinery and enjoy the picturesque Italian countryside. Before our arrival we received a very helpful guide from San Mattia on how to get to the location by different means of transport and we ended up using a bus, which was very convenient (it only takes 15-20 mins to get to the center of Verona). The room is very nice, stylish and comfortable, we also had a veranda that we could use to drink tea in the evening enjoying the breathtaking views on a town! The place was also really quiet which gives a chance to have a good sleep at night! The breakfast was good, with farm products as is mentioned. We also booked San Mattia restaurant for our dinner on the day of our arrival and really enjoyed it! We definitely would like to come back to San Mattia!

The villa and apartments are amazing! It is located in a very beautiful place, surrounded by vineyards. The apartments are new, very clean, have everything you need and even more) The beds are very comfortable, with excellent linen. There is a coffee maker, refrigerator, dishes. There is a large convenient car park on site. Thank you very much Irene for being constantly in touch, for detailed instructions, for such a convenient check-in, for welcome drinks (bottle of wine and water)))), it was unexpected and very pleasant!❤️ Great place, wonderful hosts, wonderful attitude, pleasant communication (Irene, your English is perfect)). Breakfast was excellent, with seasonal berries and local products such as cheese, butter and prusciutto (ham). Nice coffee, nice ladies, that asked for what we would like for breakfast. As usual, a lot of sweets, which is typical for Italian breakfast. In general, one can find there what one wants or ask to bring. A garage for a car was nice. Easy to go to Verona or other nearby locations, there are many hikes around. There is climate tool in the room for the summer/winter season. Nice clean shower. Very lovely cows in the fields :)

"I recently stayed at this hotel near Verona and had a wonderful experience. The location was convenient, allowing easy access to all the attractions and local sights in Verona. The responsive hosts, Martina and Mario, were a delight and made my stay even more enjoyable. The breakfasts were delicious, offering a variety of tasty dishes. The highlight was the hotel's fantastic restaurant and wine cellar, providing guests with excellent dining and drink options right on the premises.
