The host, Salvatore went out of his way to be friendly and helpful. All is from high quality and very well taken care of. It felt like we were the very first guests: all so new and crispy clean. The beach is only a few steps away. Breakfast is at a nice bar; they serve really good croissants and coffee. Friendly & helpful host Nicola and staff made us feel very welcome & comfortable. Good breakfast - Italian croissants & sweet stuff with espresso coffee - of course! Spacious room recently nicely decorated with comfy bed. Great bathroom. Everything worked, spotlessly clean, nothing broken. Smart TV. Plenty of power sockets to charge electronics. Roomy balcony with view to sea and drying rack. Easy on-street parking (end September) and less than 5 minutes walk to Praia centre.

    I stayed for 10 days visiting friends and exploring Calabria. The owners and staff made me feel like family and the location is fantastic . Train station walkable , one block from the Main Street snd right on the beach !

    Location is great. It overlooks the sea and Dino Island and is a short walk to a great restaurant. A bit longer and you reach the seaside beach bars and restaurants. The rooms are spotless. The host was very helpful and booked a restaurant for us. The villa has quality finishes, and all rooms have sea views. There is ample parking within the property.
