First of all, Nicola is such a nice person renting out this special and beautiful house, very helpful tips for activities and very considerate. Perfectly located with nice calm ocean for little kids, and crystal clear water also to enjoy for the bigger kids ;) also grocery store and restaurants right next to it, so everything there for a hassle free vacation. The interior of the house is so tastefully decorated, we loved it, good atmosphere and also practical with mosquito nets on some windows and airconditioning, so even in a heatwave we were all comfortable and didnt mind staying inside in the middle of the day to avoid the heat a bit and we even enjoyed the view. We would love to return one day.

+ Gated property, very spacious and green, especially for rural Sardinia in the summer. + We had a villa, it was large for the five of us (3 adults, 2 kids 11 and 8 y o). + Nice pool with sunbeds and umbrellas. Lots of shade if you need to hide yourself from the sun. + Amazing beaches, everything from calm and tidy Spiaggia di s'Arena Scoada to lovely Is Arutas with quartz sand (a must see). + Very friendly and customer oriented staff. + Food! Amazing! Could possibly be more basic options for kids, but I understand why Luca wants to keep a traditional touch. + Kids loved everything about the place.

Thank you Daniela for your hospitality, it was very comfortable and cozy! We had an apartment of 90 square meters! The house has everything you need (equipped kitchen, grill, etc.) A quiet and peaceful place! Daniela is always ready to help and answer all your questions, even those that do not relate to accommodation (for example, Daniela helped us find boat excursions, helped us find a car for rent since I did not have a credit card, and much more) Christina (Daniela’s assistant) She met my family with a smile at 22:30, told and showed everything! The place itself is the best I've seen. Variety of beaches (3 within walking distance) and we were on 3 beaches within a 10-minute drive! I can safely call many of these beaches TOP! There is also a cafe near the house, nice and cozy, and a 5-minute drive away you get to the center where there is a very cool pastry shop and restaurants! I was in Cagliari, Oristano, and Villasimius - Villasimius definitely takes first place in everything! I would recommend this holiday home to you both as a family and as a couple! Daniela, thank you! I'll come next year!

The hosts were friendly and gave us lots of information about the region. Very nice decor and cozy atmosphere. Copious breakfast, with fresh croissant and bread, served on the veranda with sea view. The location is strategic for visiting the west coast.

    Excellent location only 80 steps from the beach. The house was well equipped. Great bedroom lovely bed and well stocked kitchen. We were there in May and the evenings were a bit fresh, so we spent the evenings inside.The couch was too small for two people, so we took two chairs from the 'garden' which worked fine. Very good working wifi.

    The staff were all exceptionally friendly and helpful and spoke good English. The breakfast was very good and the pool very clean. The location is good if you want to spend your holiday on excellent beaches.
