The room was very large with a kitchen and living room. Excellent for a family. We had 3 adults in the room, all had a comfortable bed and still plenty of space. Originally booked for one night but we changed it to 2 and were very happy with our choice. Thank you Yulia!

The breakfast was probably the best I ever tastet: Lots of fresh fruits, croissants, cakes, ham and cheese, and eggs made to order just the way you like it. The room was spacious and practical, with careful attendance to every detail, including the super clean and cozy bathroom, with towels and a nice selection of soaps. It was really a wonderful change to visit a place prepared by ladies even for ladies; these people really knows what at girl appreciates, from tissues and cotton sticks to a separate mirror for putting on makeup. The house is beautiful, and central, too, only a few minutes walk to all the mosaics and plenty of restaurants and bars. And the ladies who run the place are super friendly and helpful. My only regret is I could not stay longer!

I stayed here for 7 nights and honestly it was such a wonderful experience. The place is close to virtually everything you need to be close to in Ravenna, it’s only a 15-10 min walk to the city centre and you have shops and restaurants even closer. The room was lovely as well, I had everything I needed. The owner is very friendly and is there if you need any questions answered about Ravenna!

excellent breakfast & Lisa's fabulous home cooked dinner (extra charge) with wine . 10 minute walk to san Vitale ; number 70 bus to station outside property . Stefano offered to drive us to station . I can see no reason to stay anywhere else in Ravenna .

    Breakfast was perfect - fruits, pastries and breads high quality - local cheeses. There was something for everyone. All fresh and nicely presented. Coffee was exceptional. The hosts were utterly charming and went out of their way to assist me. The property is lovely and location quiet but ideal for everything.

    Very good location, very close to the train station. The property is small and very quiet. The room was comfortable. The bathroom was small, but with a good shower. Everything was very clean. It’s possible to leave the luggage after check-out, which is convenient. Lucla is a very nice and helpful host. The price is indeed very good value for the quality.

    Exceptional property in an outstanding central Ravenna location. State of the art facilities, yet full of character. Home from home, yet spotless and beautiful surroundings. We enjoyed a wonderful week of sightseeing, with every possible convenience nearby, even the tourist office.     Unique hotel. Beautifully decorated. Excellent staff and breakfasts. Ideal location for visiting local historical sites and food / drink. Bedrooms very clean and quiet.Bed was perfect.
