Her dishes are the kind that linger in your memory long after you've left—fresh, soulful, and utterly delicious. A special mention must go to Sandro, whose warmth and dedication truly elevate your stay. His friendliness, tireless energy, and genuine passion for hospitality made every interaction a joy. I will now leave a very long review for those who is looking for something special not a traditional ‘south B&B’. The hotel is located rather far away from Brindisi and Melagne. I would say this is more likely to be an advantage for those who is tired from the noisy busy cities. But I am not sure it is possible to get without the car. It is absolutely new renovated building. The property is renovated on the ruins of an old farming. The owners told me this has taken them 10 years to come up with this project from idea to a first working day on August,6 this year. The materials are very expensive. And you feel the special atmosphere in every detail you see here. The owners of the hotel is a family of two brothers and a sister which makes this a traditional family business with all those great things like home made pie during the breakfast and full time hospitality. What is very important they have improved the tradition of the on-line check-in which comes from well-operated hospitality businesses. That means you can get your room almost any time. The very special part of this review should go to Dario. He is the owner and as I feel the main inspirer of the project. I would only comment that they give 5 star hospitality. Still you should understand that hotel is located almost in the field. And you will get it after ridding through fields. Next year they are planning to reconstruct a swimming pool which would add some comfort during the long hot season. I would highly recommend for those who does not want to spend extra money but wants to get a high level service.

It was very convenient and perfectly clean - Claudia cleaned everyday and made sure we had everything we needed. The place has a nice terrace where you can spend time, and it was a three - minute walk from a beautiful sandy beach.

Our second stay here and it was perfect. Guiseppe is a fantastic host - nothing is too much trouble for him. Our room was exceptionally beautiful, with a little balcony, coffee & tea making facilities, fridge and a fabulous jacuzzi bath! There is nothing you could possibly want for here. Breakfast is traditional and plentiful and the property is perfectly situated in the Piazza N’zegna. Highly recommended!
