I don't know if it's easy to go there by bus, the train station is 5-10 minutes driving distance, and it's three stations away from the Florence centre. The moment I saw the room, I cancelled my other reservation and stayed in this hotel throughout my holiday. To do that, I had to keep my rental car even more, but worth it. 10/10 would come again.

I loved the wise use of all the areas; we had a very nice room that I can refer to as spacious. I stayed at hotels with half the size of the room we had here for a double price. I traveled with my family. My son had a blast seeing the bed upstairs inside the room! He says this is the best B&B ever since he got to sleep upstairs :) It was safe for an 8-year-old, and the beds were very comfortable. The place was very clean, and our room was cleaned if we didn't need cleaning. We were happy with the car park as well. Our room had a view of the yard and the restaurant, but we didn't hear any sound or noise from cars or people. The room was well-insulated, I suppose. We had perfectly calm evenings. Sandro was a wonderful host. He helped us a lot with his route suggestions and nice stories. His cappuccino is out of this world! We liked it so much. He is an incredibly humble person and made our stay an unforgettable experience. We were very well received and felt at home.

We were greeted by our very friendly hostess who gave us tips on the areas. The apartment is 500m away from the station and by train Florence is 3 stations (10 mins) away. The apartment was spacious and clean.

Staff was friendly and very helpful. Room was spacious and lovely. It was clean. The room I was in had a mini stove which made it more convenient. There was also a great pizza restuarant below and a supermarket. Breakfast was small but met every need. 15-17 min walk from the bus station.

    Superb hotel with cooking facilities in a great location for travelling around Tuscany. Excellent breakfast and staff were so lovely and friendly. The pool was also fantastic and not at all busy with plenty of sun beds .

    It was a spacious and well set up apartment with dual air conditioning in the different rooms. The location was very handy to the train station and the cafe across the courtyard was very very tasty and cheap. The terrace is beautiful and such a nice spot to enjoy in the evenings as well as use of a paid washing machine. The hosts were incredible - such kind and lovely people and very attentive answering any questions or requests we had as well as going above and beyond on our arrival with lovely extra touches.

    Very clean, very neat and amazingly decorated room and dining area. Our breakfast was of our choice and every day it was fresh, tasty and well prepared. The villa itself was at a great location, ideal for evening walks and had an amazing view of Signa. Our host, Irene, was the most welcoming and warm person, so it was a pleasure. We hope that the next time we see each other the printer will still be working! Overall, we spent an amazing time and have left with great memories in our hearts.
