Location, service, the views, the decor, so comfortable! They had a €5 transfer service for the port which was really good in the heat, they were always super helpful with advice on where to eat, or what to do. Rooms were so sweet, we loved having our little terrace and we had a view on the sea from there, and a view of Stromboli volcano on the other! Not a far walk from the beaches and restaurants either. Loved it, would come back in a heartbeat.

It was a really nice accommodation. Super clean and beautiful. We enjoyed the swimming pool and the nice view. We could see the sea and the volcano from the terrace. There basic needs like water, milk and coffee were already there, they keep everything clean and give new towels every day. When you arrive or check-out take a taxi (golf car, much fun) for a small fee so you don’t have to walk with your luggage. But everything is on walking distance, even with kids.

Everything was perfect! Our room was spacious with comfortable beds and beautiful terrace just above the little black sand beach. You can hear the waves crashing on the beach but also the volcano eruptions. Hotel has a private beach (free of charge) and a brand new swimming pool but you have to pay to use it. Breakfast was delicious. Staff were great and helpful.

The location next to the sea. My spacious room with big terrace and view of the ocean. Loved the swimming pool and surrounding gardens. The restaurant served beautiful food, staff are super efficient and nice. The front desk staff are wonderful, especially Stefania who speaks English very well. They can pick you up to & drop off at the port in a little golf cart.

My room was so cute and comfortable! Bed was comfy and nice cold aircon. A beautiful terrace as well as a rooftop terrace with 360 views of both the volcano and the sea. Perfect place to watch the sunrise. The staff were so friendly and helpful with recommendations of places to go and luggage storage.

    We loved the location close to the beach. The kids enjoyed the pool and I adored the Sun lounges as it was very hot. It felt like an oasis, you could hang out infront of your room on the couches in privacy as you had the sheer curtains. The room was very clean and modern, the towels the softest towel I have experienced in Italy. Breakfast is delicious with a huge variety to eat. The staff were so nice and always ready for a chat. Next time we come will book a 2 room to give kids a bit of there own space.

    I loved the location, up in the mountain. The views were sensational and the view of the volcano looked awesome as it was so close. It was a bit of a hike with the bags but worth it. The room was traditional Italian, old but very clean. The host was lovely and really tried to communicate with us. Letting us into our room earlier. The outside area was very comfortable although at night the mosquitos came out. Breakfast was delicious and the views from the terrace were beautiful.

    Bit dated and too much furniture squashed in the room, old linen. But authentic and good location for starting night hike with Stromboli fire trekking, recommended tour. Breakfast location nice, food and coffee not amazing. Cheaper than other places we stayed in Sicily.

    Friendly staff, flexible check in time which worked well with the arriving from the ferry late morning. A great location with excellent views of Stromboli Volcano. An approx. 15 min uphill walk from the port. Nice room with all amenities required for a short stay. One of the more affordable options on the island.

    Ideal location with a perfect view of the Tyrrhenian Sea. The gardens of the hotel are full of mediterranean plants and flowers with paths that lead you from your room to different parts of the hotel. The rooms and bathrroms are clean. The hotel staff very polite.
