The breakfast and lunch were absolutely incredible—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The pools were spotless and so relaxing, and the entire property was beautifully maintained. The gardens and grounds are truly stunning. But what stood out most was the kindness and attentiveness of the staff—genuinely warm and thoughtful service that made the stay even more special.

Huge , true 1bedroom (Huge room ) apartment ! Extremely well decorated , everything we needed in the kitchen , location right in old town for walk I g around was fab and free parking g in surrounding streets ( but hit and miss) be patient ! This is an amazing apartment Definitely 15 out of 10 woujd highly recommend ⭐️

We loved our stay! Alessandro was amazing--helpful, kind, resourceful. We stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed Viterbo immensely. Every night, Allesandro had a fabulous restaurant he recommended for us. He also figured out that we could go by bus to Bagnaio and visit Villa Lante since we were traveling by train and had no car. The work Allesandro has done in designing this B&B is lovely and innovative--great attention to detail and comfort and good quality fixtures. The apartment was light filled, quiet, roomy and modern and just a few steps from the historical center and great restaurants. Fabulous cappacino and beautiful fresh croissants along with a multitude of other items were available for breakfast. Really a perfect stay! We were looking forward to the rest of our trip more than Viterbo but this ended up being the highlight.

Perfect place in the very centre of ancient Viterbo, a few steps away from San Pellegrino and the theatrical cafe. Neighbours a bit fastidious but if you behave and keep quiet, there will be no problems. Host is OK, provided self check-in. I would gladly return all the more I've always been in love with Viterbo.
