Really nice house in a very convenient location. You will need a car or taxi to get there but that seems logic. The house has everything you need.

Before you book, please know that this is a home stay. You are staying upstairs in someone’s house, and sharing their bathroom facilities. It is like staying in the spare room of a family members house. So the facilities are that level, and so is the cleanliness. Not dirty, but not hotel level. Location is good, some great food spots within walking distance. The room has a mini fridge and freezer, and a really good heat pump/air conditioning unit (I’ve added a photo of the remote with translations of the buttons) The host woman is very lovely. Does not speak English, but very accommodating and leaves you to your privacy.

The room was very clean and spacious, and the hotel was conveniently located (just 10 minutes’ walk from the Gonoura ferry pier; 5 minutes’ walk from the majority of restaurants and bars). The host was extremely lovely and hospitable, a perfect example of Japanese “Omotenashi”. The breakfast was outstanding!
