This is a good idea, the rooms are very clean and well designed, you wouldn't know you are in a shipping container when you are in the room. For the price This hotel is excellent I would say. Rooms are well equipped with new appliances. There is plenty of parking on site. I will stay here again.

The hotel is near the station.There are many stores around the hotel: 7/11, Lawson, mall and cafes. Our number was on the 6 the floor, it was tidy and comfortable. Breakfast was great!

A fully equipped kitchen (oven, fridge, kettle) and an in‑suite washing machine let us cook breakfast and travel light. Fast free Wi‑Fi plus the rare bonus of free on‑site parking (for small car) kept logistics completely hassle‑free. While the apartment sits in Katsushika—about a seven‑minute walk from Kanamachi Station on the JR Joban Line—the quiet residential setting felt like a welcome escape from downtown crowds.
