We needed emergency accommodation after our flight was cancelled at boarding. It was about a 30 min taxi from Narita International Airport. We were greeted by a young man close to midnight who welcomed us and got us settled. The home is a beautiful traditional residence, located in the countryside, with basic necessities provided. Unfortunately we didn’t have the opportunity to explore the area as we had to return to catch a rescheduled flight the next morning, but a wonderful experience. Personal transportation would be beneficial for longer stays.

I love everything about the hotel except for the size of the room. The room was immaculately clean. They have fabric freshener handy to use. Check-in was so easy and fast. The hotel staff were very polite. They have so many free shuttle buses that ran every 20 minutes from the airport to the hotel and back. The bus drivers and attendants were very helpful, polite and time-conscious. The bus was never late in arriving and departing. We arrived at the airport then took the shuttle bus. It was very easy to find. The breakfast was superb, there was a lot of variety or selections and they all taste so good. The dining area was massive. I love that it was so spacious so that even if there was a lot of hotel guests, the place is still not crowded. The breakfast staff were excellent, very polite and helpful and efficient. The amenities were excellent, special mention is the sanitizing closets for pyjamas. Hotel rates are great value for money. The beds are very comfortable and the sheets were very clean and good quality 👌

I have never before stayed in an airport hotel located in a forest! Every way you look out the window is a sea of green, except for the airport and other hotels peeping through. There's a free shuttle bus (with a limited schedule) that takes you into the town (beautiful!l Visit the temple park!) and to and from the airport. Very nice breakfast. There's a small combini (though shut through midday)

A warm welcome from friendly and professional staff who provided excellent customer service from beginning to end. Reception very kindly waived the fee one hour after check-out and called a taxi to the airport on their own initiative. The hotel is nicely furnished with a comfortable room, convenient laundry facility and a reasonably-priced breakfast buffet.

Authentic hotel despite being a few years old. Completely unique service that we cannot fault. The breakfast alone is a strong reason to visit the hotel. We would have stayed longer, had we known the quality of the hotel.

The house was exceptionally big and beautiful. It had this traditional feel to it, but also had newly renovated kitchen, bath and even a small sauna! There was more than enough space for 6 adults, all of the necessary amenities, kitchen tools and tableware. The hosts were also super nice. We used the barbecue in the shed to cook tasty burgers.
