Location was very close to the airport, train station, and outlet stores. Check in was virtual but was very easy. What I love the most was the facilities. It was very clean and aesthetic. We would definitely book again.

Perfect location - a few minutes' walk to Lake Shikotsu and the Visitor Centre. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast and dinner featured local ingredients and the after-dinner gelato was delicious!
