The coziest accommodation we had during our 2 week holiday. Excellent communication from the owner, helpful staff, cleanliness, great experience. They don't offer meals, but the kitchen is well equipped. We would recommend it to anyone

A tranquil place in the middle of savanna with magnificent views on Kilimanjaro, birds singing since early morning on acacia trees and amazing people who make this please special and take care of you like of their own friends. We arrived in Emali and were picked up by a taxi and brought directly to the camping. We booked four nights in a tent but as we had no car and our backpacks would probably not fit in a tent, we had to change for a house (additionally paid). This place is very safe, surrounded by an electric fence, gate closed for the night and security (Sam) is always there for you. Brian (Lerionka) is a great host (he together with Sam and my husband organized beautiful birthday for me), an awesome cook (his food was delicious) and tour guide - he knows so much about the nature and enjoys sharing his passions with guests. We went on one-day Safari in Amboseli organized by Brian with a guide Isak (very competent guide with years of experience, highly recommended), walking tour (spotting zebras) on savanna next to the camping, hiking on foothill of Kili and even a cooking lesson with Brian. If you would like to relax, spend time in nature, enjoy the views of top of Kilimanjaro and get an authentic experience in Kimana and Oloitokitok, you should definitely stay longer than 2 nights. The staff, everyone we met was amazing. They were friendly, hospitable and absolutely amazing. We were in the perfect location, secluded with amazing views of Mount Kilimanjaro. The accommodation was clean and had everything you need.

The staff was absolutely wonderful, from reception to cleaners, management, security and cooks... They took care of us from the first moment, with kindness and attention without being invasive. The whole structure Is well organized, both the common areas (from which you can admire the park and animals and the mount kilimnagiaro by a fire) and the separated rooms, all with a small patio and very reserved. The position is Ideal as It Is right next to the park and even if we stayed just two night we could see zebras and elephants from the pool, which is also tastefully designed. The food was great and always taste and varied without being too exotic! Highly recommended!

This lodge was well organized and the staff there were full of hospitality. The dishes of Mr.Chef were so excellent. Furthermore, you can feed wild monkeys here. The cost-effectiveness was great.

Great stay! This place was created to provide a space for education and awareness for the Maasai community. During our stay, we were lucky enough to attend one of their gatherings. The site has recently started offering the option to camp in spacious tents. So by staying at this campsite, you're also supporting a good cause. The grounds are large and secured with fencing. It’s located right in the heart of the savannah. You can go on walks in the surrounding area with a guide and spot wildlife. The staff is attentive, and it's also possible to use the kitchen, which is a big plus. You shouldn't expect a high level of comfort, but it was more than enough for us.

Boasting mountain views, Elewana Tortilis Camp offers accommodation with terrace, around 16 km from Amboseli National Park. This luxury tent features free private parking and free shuttle service.

We had an absolutely gorgeous stay at Elewana Tortilis camp for our honeymoon. Gorgeous tents, personalised service, and the same staff all the way throughout the stay made it feel so special. The personal touches in the room, complimentary gift and candlelight dinner related to a honeymoon made the trip extra special. We were lucky enough to see all the animals in the reserve including lion, cheetah, elephants, hyena. The open top game vehicles made it really fantastic to spot all the wildlife. The viewing deck onto one of the watering holes also made it easy to spot wildlife from the Camp. Will definitely come back and recommend to everybody. Special thanks to Simon, our guide, Donald, our waiter and Kimbo, our house keeper.
