The cabin is thoughtfully built. Bed was comfortable, many places with good view to relax. The view was great. The town is 25 min walk away, or you can take motor bike - there’s a motorbike’s station across the street. It was super clean as well.

A tranquil place in the middle of savanna with magnificent views on Kilimanjaro, birds singing since early morning on acacia trees and amazing people who make this please special and take care of you like of their own friends. We arrived in Emali and were picked up by a taxi and brought directly to the camping. We booked four nights in a tent but as we had no car and our backpacks would probably not fit in a tent, we had to change for a house (additionally paid). This place is very safe, surrounded by an electric fence, gate closed for the night and security (Sam) is always there for you. Brian (Lerionka) is a great host (he together with Sam and my husband organized beautiful birthday for me), an awesome cook (his food was delicious) and tour guide - he knows so much about the nature and enjoys sharing his passions with guests. We went on one-day Safari in Amboseli organized by Brian with a guide Isak (very competent guide with years of experience, highly recommended), walking tour (spotting zebras) on savanna next to the camping, hiking on foothill of Kili and even a cooking lesson with Brian. If you would like to relax, spend time in nature, enjoy the views of top of Kilimanjaro and get an authentic experience in Kimana and Oloitokitok, you should definitely stay longer than 2 nights. Very unique type of huts, with actual bedrooms and comfortable bathrooms, very close to Amboseli park gate, in the middle of the red savanna. Very polite staff, preparing fresh meals (limited variety though), while also have the option for bush dinner, which was an excellent experience. Truly very high value for money.

Everything is great in this camp! Location. The camp is not inside the park, so you don't have to pay extra to enter the park to stay at the camp. It's a 10-15 minute drive to the main gate. It's located in a quiet, beautiful place surrounded by acacias. Right opposite the camp's observation deck there is a water hole where wild animals come all day long: zebras, antelopes, warthogs, giraffes and elephants! One day during lunch, Craig the elephant even came here - one of the last representatives of his species. A "super-tusker" elephant with tusks weighing over 50 kg each, and perhaps one of the most famous elephants alive today. And all this with a view of the majestic Kilimanjaro. Food. Everything was always very tasty. Many thanks to the chef! Staff. It was nice to talk to everyone, everyone can tell you a lot of interesting facts about the local animals. We were also very pleased with the walk with giraffes and zebras, the guide services on the safari, which were organized for us in the camp. Many thanks to the whole camp team. We enjoyed every minute of our stay.

Great stay! This place was created to provide a space for education and awareness for the Maasai community. During our stay, we were lucky enough to attend one of their gatherings. The site has recently started offering the option to camp in spacious tents. So by staying at this campsite, you're also supporting a good cause. The grounds are large and secured with fencing. It’s located right in the heart of the savannah. You can go on walks in the surrounding area with a guide and spot wildlife. The staff is attentive, and it's also possible to use the kitchen, which is a big plus. You shouldn't expect a high level of comfort, but it was more than enough for us.

Exceptional game drives with knowledgeable guides. We were blown away by the sheer amount of wildlife on the drives and bush walk. We were treated to an abundance of animals and birds, and particularly enjoyed being in close proximity with Craig, Amboseli’s biggest tusker. The camp is very luxurious and the staff go above and beyond to make sure you are looked after like royalty. Delicious meals prepared to a high standard in the bush and at the camp, evening sundowners overlooking Kilimanjaro, morning sunrises and incredible landscapes, this is a very special place and exceeded our expectations in every way.
