The reception was exceptional. Our receptionist, Jeremy, was extremely friendly and catered to our needs on time. Through him we experienced 1st class customer service from the booking till the end of our stay. The deluxe room was more than what we expected with top tier room service and was kept clean throughout the stay. Breakfast was amazing and we got offers every time we ordered.

    I traveled for work reasons. I found the location perfect for my needs --the hotel was within walking distance from the company I had to visit. It was also near the Sarit mall (one of Nairobi's most important shopping centers), plus other restaurants and stores. The place is clean, and the staff was incredibly nice and diligent.

    Breakfast was fit for a king....hats off to the chef ....I ate to my satisfaction Great location Westlands serene environment. Awesome,very friendly and helpful receptionist and other staff who went out of their way to give an excellent service The rooms were exceptionally clean,stylish, comfortable, spacious,and well equipped. Good food;Efficiently served dinner with great attention. I was pleasantly surprised with my stay.Great value for money. I'm definitely coming back for a longer visit in the future with my whole family
