A superb host who really looked after us. We stopped here to see the perahera. Not only did they arrange us VIP seats, but they stayed with us the whole time. Enormous room, matched by the size of the breakfast. It's not far from Colombo, but we stayed for a different reason.

I absolutely loved staying here. The villa is very well designed, super clean, calm and cosy. It is situated a bit remote, but that's the thing. The atmosphere is quiet and peaceful. I would recommend this place for people who want to rest in tranquility away from hustle and bustle of a big city. The owner is very helpful and always available, should you require anything. I also liked the food they served in the villa. You can also order delivery or go to different cafes not far from the place. Totally recommend this accommodation. I would come back to stay again.

Amazing hotel! A piece of the jungle in the city center! Monkeys, squirrels, parrots and many more) Everything is so beautiful and authentic. Very welcoming and friendly staff❤️‍🔥 They met and served a welcome drink. We took a room with a jacuzzi, a fabulous room. The room includes slippers, bathrobes, hairdryer, beach towels in a basket and an umbrella. Great pool. Breakfast and dinner were requested in the room. Amazingly delicious breakfast, the hotel cooks delicious food. I’m just in love with this hotel 💔 I will definitely stay there again. Thank you very much to the entire team of this hotel!

Without an iota of doubt, I would strongly recommend this property for both families & work related travel. This is unlike any property where the owners go beyond the normal hospitality (expected out of any hotel) and make you feel that you are staying in a place which you have known for eternity. The morning breakfast they prepare is delicious and healthy. Especially for folks like me with dietary restrictions, they make sure our needs are properly met. Their friendly approach is truly remarkable. I now know where to stay in Colombo whenever I come back.

We absolutely love our time here! This place is pretty wonderful. We adore the layout of the property. The extra seating and kitchen area added a lovely touch to the space.The decor is stunning. I can tell a lot of time and work was put into this place! The linens and towels are of good quality. The handpainted murals add a great touch to the place. The owner is extremely helpful! Our stay at Zion Property Care was truly wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by the host, Ms. Susila, who was incredibly friendly and supportive. Her warmth and attentiveness made our stay special and comfortable. The property was spotless and well-maintained, with all the facilities we could need: hot water, a washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen, a TV, and free WiFi. The entire apartment was air-conditioned, with fans available as well, ensuring our comfort throughout our stay. The view from the resort was absolutely superb, adding to the peaceful atmosphere. Breakfast was fresh, delicious, and a perfect way to start our day. Zion Property Care is perfect for families seeking a clean, well-facilitated, and welcoming place to stay. We truly had the best time and would highly recommend it to anyone.
