Absolutely amazing hotel! I cannot recommend this place enough! Stunning views, exceptional hospitality from the lovely staff, delicious (western style) food. My wife and I fell inlove with this hidden gem and will be visiting again. Shout out to Eranda for making this stay feel very special. Also a great spot for stargazing.

We loved our stay at Leisure Mount View. We booked 3 nights but stayed 4 as there was so much to do in the area and the hotel was fabulous. THE FOOD: We ate 3 dinners and 4 breakfasts at the hotel. The buffet dinner was delicious and offered more choice than anywhere else we've been in Sri Lanka. We also ordered from the menu one evening and the chicken biriyani was our favourite! The breakfast buffet was huge. On order were hoppers, toast with butter and jam, dahl, various sweet cakes, coconut string hoppers, as well as a lovely selection of fruit, fresh juices and tea/coffee. We were also offered eggs cooked however we liked. THE VIEW: Our big bedroom overlooked the incredible view of tea plantation fields and mountains. Each morning we opened the curtains and watched the sunrise. Beautiful. THE HOSPITALITY: Hashan and his team couldn't have done more for us. A printed folder, which included various local activities, including hikes, attractions (e.g Lipton Seat), massages, and a cooking class, was available at the reception to help plan our itinerary. We did the cooking class with Hashan's aunty and we loved it. We also enjoyed our chats with Hashan who shared lots of information about Sri Lankan life, culture and food. We were made to feel like we were more like old friends and not hotel guests.

Amazingly beautiful panoramic views over the mountains from the bed, the balcony, and even the hallway (we were on the second floor). The guesthouse is located in a peaceful and relaxing environment, in the middle of pretty tea fields. The room and the bed are very comfortable, as well as the pillows and bedsheets. The shower is nice and hot. Fast wifi. The owners are so kind! They welcomed us with a whole pot of tea, and they serve a lovely breakfast and dinner. We loved our it so much here that we extended our stay.

We stayed at Adisham village home for 2 nights and were made very welcome by Samire and his lovely family. We were the first to stay in the newest family room and it was beautiful. Very spacious with our own dining table where our breakfast and dinner was served. The view from the balcony was spectacular and the place is away from the road so very quiet. Samire was happy to help us with any of our requests. We also used the services of their taxi with Mr Ajith who was a very kind and knowledgeable guide for our tour to Liptons seat. Highly recommended!

Excellent room, clean, well equipped, beautiful, at affordable price. Kale, the host, is a cream, helpful. You can also rent a motorbike to visit the tea plantations, very convenient since there are not a lot of options in the town. I wish I could have taken more time enjoying the terrasse.
