Elephant village and this house 🏠 to stay, it was impossible to believe how lucky I was to see and enjoy this 5-star 🤩 location. First of all, the biggest thank-you to Mr.andrew for hospitality and support to show everything around and to show new places. I can not describe how beautiful it was and how much i enjoyed it. It's 10 of 10... The beautiful house, the amazing breakfast with a view with elephant 🐘, the beautiful view from the house to the farm 🚜 of banana and papaya. The bedroom was so beautiful, the comfiest bed, and the out door space was perfect for yoga in the morning. The owner has a garden full of fruits and herbs, he gave us a greta tour of the property. The breakfast was one of the best we have had in Sri Lanka. The owner also has a great shop, I bought a pair of super comfortable trousers, it was an unforgettable stay.

Wow, I really recommend this place. The owner was super super helpful and really nice. I never had an experience like this before. It was our first night in Sri Lanka and he helped us with transportation (we came by public bus). He told us where to go etc. The room was really nice. He borrowed us an adapter extra blanket and also a mosquito net. We were with him to elephants, bets and waterfall. All the time he asked us if we needed something. Even after accommodation he told us that he will help us if we need it. We also got pick up from the bus station.

The best place to relax and enjoy the nature. We tried Yoga program and Ayurvedic herbal massage in the evening. It is possible to arrange the tour to Robinhood village, Robinhood rock, tea plantations, tea factory, Ayurveda herbal garden. Everything is well organised. I recommend Rocksana Fortress in 100%!!!

What a family, and what a place! As a couple we have travelled quite extensively and can honestly say: never have we been treated with such great hospitality. From tour guiding and cooking to being great company and exceptional hosts; Anushka and his family checks all the boxes. The room is cosy and clean, and you can feel the effort that has been put into the place. 11/10 ⭐ from us.
