A newly built cute little family owned place. The mom and son are new to hosting guests and were very dedicated to making us feel comfortable. They welcomed us with tea and cake. They were very sweet and the place was comfortable. It is very conveniently located close to a tea estate. 10 minutes walk to the railway station and a 15-minute leisurely walk to Nanu Oya Falls. The place is also away from the touristy area and so you get an authentic view into the daily life of locals. The locals were also very friendly, and everyone would smile and wave. The mom got up very early next morning to make us a cup of tea and see us off as we were boarding the first train to Colombo.

Very nice, clean place with ok location. The staff was beyond helpful and nice - they arranged tuk tuk daily rent for us to see all the main attractions (tea plantations, waterfall,..) - highly recommend, because the driver knows where to stop and what to see 😁 Breakfast was great and you also have an option to get dinner. Don’t really have any other photos, so just in case you have time - you have monopoly in the lobby 😛

It was truly a unique experience. The overall cleanliness. Friendly hospitality from the moment we arrived to the moment we left, modern amenities in the room and bathroom. (Netflix, Prime Video, wide-screen smart TV with high-speed Wi-Fi connection) The dinner we had was the best dinner we have ever had in Sri Lanka for such a reasonable price. Our one night stay at Cozy Heaven was lovely. The whole family was so nice, super happy to help us and we had great conversations. The room was absolutely perfect - cozy and had everything we needed. We slept so well in the bed. The food was AMAZING, their rice and curry is a must! Thank you so much, we will definitely recommend this place to our friends and family and will also come back.

    Great location for walking along the railway line, making it very good if catching the train for the scenic trip Nanu Oya to Ella.or to Kandy. He enabled us to check in a little earlier and gave us a few ideas of things to do, such as walking to the local waterfall. He would have cooked an evening meal for us but we chose a place in the village where there were a lot of locals eating.

    A very nice place to stay in a quiet place close to the train station. The surroundings are very beautiful, and they are very well connected with Nuwara Eliya. Breakfast and dinner were delicious, everything was very clean and family always did their best. Of course, I will repeat.

    This is a large house with all facilities ideal for large family group. It is quite close to train station but a little way from town. I had a good curry at the Redheysu restaurant which is very close.

    The location of the facility is good, close to the train station. Surrounded by a beautiful tea plantation. The facility's employees are very nice and helpful. Dinner was very tasty. The room was well-kept and clean. The bed was large and comfortable. We took a shower in cold water because we were afraid to turn on the water heater (the exposed power cables were on the shower head). Nevertheless, I recommend it.
